we as a community in the UK and all over the world from all colours and creeds have to be at the forefront of social and personal interests, we must carry our selves forward through involvement and participation in extra cooperation and to aspire to be the best in our pursuits and interests regardless of what they are.

Life in a big city seems to thrive on machanist laws (aka: a form of xenophobia). That means you are either part of the system or against it. there's no specific way to change it. Get in where you fit in? another force of nature. I believe in tolerance and acceptance of others no matter what opinion other people may hold of them

If a person decides to go it concentrating and caring only about themselves without due care to others chances are they will offend themselves and others. We should care about others and our communities / societies and even what others think / feel.
If that is what it takes to maintain the well-being of a society, then believe me, God cares. "Should everybody feel they have the right to do things their way?"❌ we should care and show kind support to each other when needed.
