We all want to work together smoothly and efficiently, don't we? Well, the key to achieving that goal is agility. But what does that really mean? In short, agility means prioritizing learning over processes, empowering teams instead of controlling them, and being comfortable with taking risks gradually instead of having all the answers up front.
Being agile is about setting direction and uncovering how to get there, while also being comfortable with the uncomfortable. It requires ditching plans when they become obsolete, taking care of current fires while ignoring potential ones, and most importantly, building trust.
Trust is the one thing that being agile needs to succeed. It's the foundation upon which all the other principles of agility rest. So, let's prioritize learning, empower our teams, and build trust. By doing so, we can become more agile and achieve our goals together.

We need more invesment to the least franchised people in the world, those who have nothing to do and have not the opportunities to learn and develop or invest in themselves.
National insurance is great, but we should also have National Car Insurance, National Property Insurance and as I said, Just in case money should be used for good things.
Also mortgage interest should be calculated on a per term basis instead of a per year basis, as the Lord has said , and do not consume usury over by multiples, just one interest charge for the whole term.
