anxiety is a feeling of being overwhelmed not scared, i suffered from anxiety and i still do. the only way to alleviate your load in life is to start with the basics (wisdom of human relations in obedience to God)

honour protection is not a crime in history, Islam encourages honour protection (e.g hijab, sutra) but is it an infringment on human rights? some may see it as a transgression upon their freedoms, and thus we need women empowerment to help us function as a society. The Hijab is a right and all women are entitled to practice their faith without infringing on the rights of others or the society they live in (within reason nigab is permissable but still your face is not to be covered for religious duty its a personal/cultural choice).
